Sony Xperia Z is one of the Stylish smartphone with a 5inch Full HD screen, The screen's visuals are given a lift by technology poached from Sony's Bravia TVs with high Screen resolution. The Xperia Z design is simple as compared to most if the other smartphones with sony logo in front and back covers come with white, black and a purple color options. The phone has thickness of 7.9mm and runs on Android OS v4.1.2 (Jelly Bean OS), planned upgrade to v4.2 very soon (Jelly Bean)

Camera Resolution is 13MP with clear quality and best modes for photography even in the din light conditions. The Camera sensor and Video playback looks terrific.Support Primary camera and secondary camera along with flash

Battery life is up to 550 hours on standby mode and 11hours talktime. Since screen is very big it will consume more power because of its powerful quad-core processor with 2 GB RAM and background programs of Android operating system but with Bluetooth,WiFi and other features disabled will save a lot of battery life.

Network Supported With 3G becoming widespread this phone is  4G capable of high speeds only on the EE network it will be 4G-compatible on other networks, after the current frequency auction is concluded.

One of the Most important feature of this phone is it is waterproof that is you can wash your phone without having fear of it being damaged. The phone has a hard cover which can protect your phone even if it falls down unintentionally.

If you put it under water to test  Which is a scary thing to do , but there was no problem. All the holes (power, headphone, SIM card slot) have plastic flaps which clip into place. They're a little fiddly but they work well.

Let's be clear, there's no texting underwater to be done here. The nature of capacitive touchscreens is that they work by a weak electrical field on the surface of the phone being interrupted by another electrical field like your finger. So if the screen is drenched in water this just doesn't work. The key thing is that once you've retrieved the phone from the bath, or whatever receptacle you dropped it into, the Xperia Z should still be very fine.

This is Sony's biggest phone yet with clear sound quality. It's full of innovation has a excellent quiet styling which is enjoyable to use.The phone is big enough just to cover your face.
The phone is already out for sale and is available in your nearest mobile stores.
You can buy it online on flipkart

The Price in indian Rupees is Rs. 37990 (approx. $690)
